Edmonds Exterior Remodel
This full exterior renovation in Edmonds, WA transformed an outdated home with modern materials designed for the Pacific Northwest climate. The project included composite Thin-Clad siding, a TPO roofing membrane, custom modified ash wood soffits, upgraded soffit lighting, and a waterproof deck coating system. The front deck was finished with a glass railing system, and a covered deck was added to the rear of the home to create a functional outdoor living space.
Hidden Room with Murphy Bookshelf Door
This custom interior remodeling project featured a secret room hidden behind a Murphy bookshelf door. Inside the room we installed a custom starlight ceiling, decorative wall finishes, built-in shelving, and specialty lighting, creating a unique private space seamlessly integrated into the home.
Custom Built-In Dog Kennel & Wash Station
This project included a custom built-in dog kennel with a locking barn-style door, a built-in dog wash station, and a pull-out turf drawer designed as a pet potty area. The unit also featured a self-dispensing filtered water system and a custom Purple Heart hexagon epoxy countertop, creating a functional and stylish pet station.
Waterproof Deck Coating System
We restored and protected an exterior deck using a professional waterproof deck coating system, creating a durable, slip-resistant surface designed to withstand the rain and moisture common in the Pacific Northwest.
